Kennedy - Easy Marinated Cheese Appetizer with Salami & Pickles 🧀🥒🥓 Ingredients: 1 block (8 oz) cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed 1/2 cup sliced salami, halved 1/2 cup baby dill pickles, sliced 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl or container, combine cubed cheese, salami, and sliced pickles. Marinate: Pour marinade over the mixture, toss gently to coat, and cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably longer for more flavor. Serve: Stir before serving and enjoy chilled or at room temperature with toothpicks!
