The highlight of my week was doing a formal lesson on The Power of Yet! Hearing my kids now add the word 'yet' to the end of so many of their sentences has me feeling so happy. These first few weeks in first grade have been really challenging for so many of them, but their eyes have been opened to a new way of thinking. I'm so excited for my students to approach challenges with a different mindset. The best is yet to come. Happy Friday!
