Chacchoben Ruins at Costa Maya. We climbed all over these ruins and heard amazing tales of ritual sacrifice. But for me the most amazing part of my visit were these incredible giant caterpillars that had completely covered the trunk of a tree. They were literally as large as snakes, and orange. When I returned I tried to figure out what they were, but I never did. I am such a nerd!
