Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Barley Stew Recipe: boneless Chuck roast, canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, pearl barley, frozen corn, onion, celery, carrots, garlic powder, kosher salt, pepper, dried basil, dried oregano and Russet potato. Cook on LOW for 11 to 12 hours or on HIGH for 8 - 9 hours.
