Emily Waldo on Instagram: "⭐️ as requested: let’s make a HUGE nutcracker-themed Christmas bow with multiple ribbons! 💙 (sorry the captions cut out about halfway through!) Today we are using a variety of ribbons from my supply shop: - 4” harlequin with glitter - 2.5” royal blue velvet (5yd) - 2.5” tartan plaid (5yd) - 1” gold and red velvet - 1” emerald satin I wanted ribbons of all types of finishes AND ribbons that brought out the colors in the tartan plaid! This recipe is good for other themes too—just stack your ribbons from widest to skinniest to get the same effect! You’ll need either zip ties or some floral wire to secure a bow this large—let me know how you’d display it! 🎀 I’m thinking on a front door, at the end of a staircase or even on top of a present 🎁"
Michelle Dulevich on Instagram: "1 inch ribbon is really popular this year. So is 4 inch. Both of them are beautiful and can be used in so many ways. Here are just a few. #christmas2024 #xmas #xmastree #christmastutorials #christmastreedesigner #christmasdesign #christmasdecor #christmastreedesigner #christmastreedecorating #seasonaldecorating"
Michelle Dulevich on Instagram: "Here’s a quick little bow tutorial. I would start with just a two or three loop bow and practice that until you get really good and then you can add lots of different textures and colors and make them as big as you want. YouTube has a lot of bow making videos on as well. It just takes practice, but it’s not as hard as it looks!❤️ #tips #christmas2024 #xmas #xmastree #christmastutorials #christmastreedesigner #christmasdesign #christmasdecor #christmastreedesigner #christmastreedecorating #seasonaldecorating"
