Li Hing Pickled Mango. Photo credit and recipe by Hoku Sarroca. Ingredients: 6 large mangoes. Boil 4 cups water, turn off stove. Add in 2 cups white sugar, 4 T. Hawaiian salt, 4 T. li hing powder and about 2 T. white vinegar. The white vinegar will actually create more of a pickled taste. Place mangoes (or what ever you want to soak) in the bottle.
