It has a great tranquil, soft beauty. I love the simple black & white color scheme. I especially love how the only thing black are the tree branches,so with the white fill of the A & the white background, it's creating great negative space.
This book cover shows excellent figure ground/negative space. The contours formed by the position of the fox serve as the shape of a boy, I'm assuming "Peter." This empty space also creates a wonderful focal point for the book title to nestle into.
This logotype is very unique. Even though the word is "one" a line slashing thorough is appealing to the eye. It shows two words saying "one" the darker bold font, and the light font. It shows good use of alignment and contrast.
This logotype illustrates freedom literally by having the op half of the M fly off like a bird. The logotype uses the comparison of birds and freedom as a message. This logotype is effective in communicating meaning.
