So there has been a change in my planning life and I cannot rave about it enough!!!! I have decided after getting a new iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil that I now plan exactly the same but I am paperless!!!!! The Apple Pencil is the key!! The technology behind it is amazing and it just like writing on paper. This is a bit of a dodgy photo because I am at work but I had to share. I will take some better photos soon I promise. I still use a week per view (with some little decorations) and a month per view and still take all my notes just like I was in my Filofaxes and travelers notebook. IT!!!! This was last week which was my first week so it a little empty #planner #ipadplanner #plannercommunity #paperfree #plannerpeace #megaplannerpeace #filofax #plannerlove #planneraddict by organised_doctor
Color Coding – I organize our schedules and tasks by color. I write the tasks in black pen then color a “dot” in front of each task (to represent the person or category). Once the date has passed, I will cross out the tasks with a highlighter. To keep track of what each color goes to, I labelled each pen and highlighter with the name of the category (using labeling tape).
