Here you go. Great. Ketchup. And we're making Hawaiian chicken and this calls for about a quarter cup of ketchup. We're just going to eyeball it and see if that's enough. I think that's about a quarter cup. What do you think? Sure. And now you need to add a quarter cup of rice vinegar. Next, you need about a quarter cup of the soy sauce but we're using the lower sodium variety because that's better for you. Next, we're going to add a/ 4 cup of brown sugar. We're just going to sprinkle that over the top. I already measured out a quarter cup and we're going to add a tablespoon of garlic. Y'all let me know if you don't mind using the quick and easy version like this with the jarred garlic or do you prefer to crush your own and make it fresh? And now you're just going to give that a nice stir. We've got everything yummy in there for some Hawaiian chicken. We've got our fresh chicken. We've got pineapple peppers, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, that's a surprising one and that's it. We're going to now put the lid on. Cook this on high for two to three hours or on low for forty-six and then we're going to serve it with some rice. Now, our Hawaiian chicken has been cooking for about two hours on high almost. In the last 10 or 15 minutes, we're going to add a little bit of cornstarch and that's just going to thicken up the sauce for you a little bit. You're just going to stir that up and that's going to give you a nice thick sauce that we're going to ladle over our rice when we taste test. Alright, let's taste test this. Our Hawaiian pork that we did was such a big hit. Y'all kept requesting more of those Hawaiian recipes. So, we decided to do Hawaiian chicken this time and we actually visited Hawaiian earlier this year. It was such a great trip and I fell in love with the food so we thought we would give it a shot.
