More and more brands are bringing out new gins aged in various barrels, which all contribute to the final flavour of the spirit. Learn to understand oak-aged gins and how to drink serve them.

This cocktail is a mix of all the best winter flavours! Prosecco will makes it extra festive. Harpa Gin, 41% ABV, has an extra measure of juniper in the recipe, together with Aronia berries and lemon and orange peel. Aronia berries have a similar taste to cranberries so they are tart with a hint of sweetness.

This cocktail is a mix of all the best winter flavours! Prosecco will makes it extra festive. 50ml Gin (I used Renegade Gin) 20ml Rosemary syrup* 50ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice Premium Tonic Water Combine all ingredients over ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig. * To make the rosemary syrup simply add sugar, water and a few rosemary sprigs to a saucepan, bring to boil and stir until sugar has dissolved. Take off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to sit for an hour. Strain and let it cool.
