Orange Silk Cocoon Necklace

My Nikon doesn't like orange ;( The cocoons have very nice bright orange color but nothing like these weird poisonous spots from the photo.

Lyn Cooke’s work, ‘Precious by Design’ uses silkworm cocoons- whose while egg shape is a beautiful, natural form and silk carrier rods which are a waste product of the silk spinning process. Silk worm cocoons are opened up in a variety of ways and mounted with silver- on a wire neckpiece or a pin with the addition of silver domes or hammered silver shapes.
