Here is the foolproof chia seed pudding recipe I make: Servings: 1 2 Tbsp Chia seeds, make sure they’re fresh! 1/2 cup Non-dairy milk 1/2-1 Tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup 1/4 cup fresh berries (I prefer blueberries) Stir chia seeds and nondairy milk together well with a spoon in a pint glass jar. Add sweetener and stir again. Wait 10 minutes and do a final stir for 1-2 minutes. Chia seeds should not be clumping. Add in berries. Stir, cover, and fridge overnight. Top with fruit of chioce, unsweetened yogurt dollop, and even some granola!"
