Push. Squat. Repeat. Workout: This "Wash, Rinse and Repeat" cycle is perfect. Set it up and let your body do its thing while your mind takes a break. Tip: Go for time by shortening the moves so the push-ups are not quite as deep and squats are shallower. Or go for quality, taking your nose an inch off the floor with each push-up and on the squats going all the way down before coming up. Make it harder: Cut back recovery time to 30 seconds between sets.
