Tash Rabat was on one of the two routes of the Silk Road that went around Lake Chatyr-Kol and is hidden in a small valley protected from the elements.

Yurt accommodation from the inside. Sometimes the yurts are very basic and have grass floors and minimal decoration and no power, sometimes they are fully carpeted and ornate and have generator electricity.
